How it works

Take a moment to think about what you really want the van for;  hiking in remote locations, mountain biking off the beaten path, surfing, skiing, spending time with the kids/grand kids or just removing yourself from society for a week and cruising across the country on the back roads.

Let us know what you need from your dream van, we firmly believe in not 'over-selling', not everyone needs everything, so if there are some aspects to a build that you feel you want to add or omit, let us know!

Tell us about the platform of the van you want us to build out, we are Econoline specialists but we can build in any platform of vehicle.  Send us rough sketches if you have an idea of how you want your van to look, or we can design the van from scratch for you if you tell us your requirements.  Then our team of specialists will start putting renderings together for you.  Usually we will visit with you too, to meet and sit with you and talk through these plans.

We start to build out the infrastructure of the van for you, insulation, flooring, electrical and plumbing all happen before we build out the shelving, cabinets, bedding and seating areas.

Once the infrastructure is complete we can start to build out the interior of the van.  You get to choose style, color, seating arrangement etc, not from a pallet of pre-drawn ideas but from your imagination.  If you can dream it, we can usually build it.

Off road tires, gnarly rear bumper, high top, winch, roof rack, ladders, 2wd, 4x4, we can work on the exterior of the van too, is there a particular color you want?  Why not let us get it wrapped for you in your favorite color!
